How It Started

“What started as a simple hobby quickly became something I truly love. Sourdough gives me a chance to slow down, create something with my hands, and turn a few simple ingredients into something worth sharing.

For me, the best moments are often the simplest ones. Family and friends gathered around the table, good food, plenty of laughter, and time spent together. Baking sourdough has become a small way of adding a little more love to those moments.” - Sherry Leal, Founder & Baker
